Crafty Cardmakers and More Challenge 112

This fortnights challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and More is Paper Pricking.  I have used one of my favorite Marianne Design Dies and pierced the pattern round the hearts.

My nephew has just became a dad and to a wee girl so this is the card I made for the proud parents.

Crafty Cardmakers & More Challenge 107

This fortnights challenge at Crafty Cardmakers & More is "Bear With Me", in other words anything with a teddy bear, or more realistic image of a bear as the MAIN focal point of your project. Any sort of bear will be fine, so polar bear, grizzly bear, teddy bear etc., just make sure it is the MAIN focal point.

I used a Marianne design die to cut the backing for my stamped image, it's a teddy bo & co  rubber stamp and coloured her with pro markers.  The flower is another Marianne design one and the flourish is Cheery Lynn.

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge 101

This weeks challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers is cute and furry.

I have used  crafters companion  decoupage.  The flowers are made from flower soft.  The corner and the circle are Marianne design dies and the sentiment stamp is a LOTV.

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge 97

This week it is my turn to host the challenge at Crafty Cardmakers I have chosen a theme of 1,2,3 - 1 image, 2 patterned papers and 3 embellishments

 For the 3 embellishments I have used a paper clip, flowers and gems. The 2 backing papers are from a Crafts Too paper pad. The image is from The paper shelter and coloured with promarkers.

Holidays

This fortnights challenge at Crafty Cardmakers  is holidays.

Holidays to me mean sitting about at the beach and this decoupage is just how I would like to spend a holiday, relaxing in the sun.

Fathers Day

This fortnights challenge at Crafty Cardmakers is Fathers Day.

This card is perfect for my Dad as I always enjoy his barbecues.  Must get one organized as the weather is so nice..  I have used the Trattoria Chef image from The Paper Shelter coloured using promarkers. Sentiment stamp is LOTV.

Three different techniques

This week challenge at Crafty Cardmakers is Pick Three Different Techniques.

The three techniques I used were dry embossing, distressing and make your own flowers.  The backing paper is vellum and I have embossed it using a my grand calibur and a A4 folder.  I distressed the vellum by tearing it round the edge and using distress ink.  The die cut and flowers were all cut using Marianne design dies and embossed.  The centers of the flowers are just flat backed pearls.
